Free Shipping on all US orders over $150.

Orders over $300 will require a signature on delivery.

Any items returned must be unworn, unwashed, has all tags and apparel bag(s).

CUSTOM EMBROIDERED PRODUCTS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

FREE EXCHANGES WITHIN THE US

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase and only for a different size of the same style. For orders to the United States, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for the exchange and ship the requested exchange item once the returned item(s) are scanned for transit by the carrier. In the event that the item(s) you would like to exchange for is/are out of stock, a store credit will be issued or a refund to original payment method will be made for the value of the items original purchase price.

FREE REFUNDS FOR STORE CREDIT WITHIN THE US

Refunds for Store Credit must be made within 30 days of purchase, or within 14 days of the New Year for Holiday purchases. For orders to the United States, If you would like a refund for store credit, we will send you a pre-paid shipping label for the return and email you a Gift Card Code when the returned item(s) have been received.

EASY REFUNDS TO ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD WITHIN THE US

Refunds to original payment method must be made within 30 days of purchase.

If you would like a refund to your original payment method, initiate the return and we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Once we receive and process the return, we will refund the amount of the returned items, less shipping fee, to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days, Note: refunds don't include any shipping costs from the original order. Please note that refund payment processing times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside of our control.
